Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Senior Associate

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan joins LuatViet as a senior associate, practising mainly in finance, tax, corporate law, construction, commerce and contract.

Mr. Toan graduated from Ho Chi Minh City Economics – Banking University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and having over 12 year experience in the accounting & financial field and many years practicing law professionally. After working for multinational and local large firms like REE, BlueScope Building, mainly in charge of finance, taxes & corporate compliance matters, Mr. Toan brings the level of experience, knowledge and professionalism typical of such firms to his current practice with a view to better satisfying various requirements of our clients.

He is the member of the HCMC Bar Association, the HCMC Jurist Association and the HCMC Accounting Association.
