Mr. Phan Manh Hung joins LuatViet Advocates & Solicitors as an Associate after 4-year experience in working for two leading international law firms in Vietnam.

Mr. Hung has deep experience advising clients on a wide range of matters relating to corporate laws, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and especially real estate. He has provided legal advice to property developers in real estate-related transactions, and carried out due diligence researches on target partners. In addition, Mr. Hung focuses on drafting and reviewing documents, contracts concerning M&A transactions.
