Pham Hoang My - Senior Associate

Ms Pham Hoang My has practised law in HCMC based office as a senior associate since 2003. Her practice areas focus on labour & employment, commerce, foreign investment and M&A. Ms Hoang My also acts as a litigation lawyer for clients with respect to civil, commercial and labor disputes at the courts and arbitration bodies. Her clients include both local and international companies doing business in Vietnam.
Prior to joining LuatViet, Ms Hoang My worked for an international law firm and gained experience in the areas of foreign investment, labor, litigation and commercial transactions. Ms Hoang My received the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at the HCMC Law University in 2000 (International Law). She is a member of the HCMC Bar Association.
