Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Associate

Ms. Huong is an associate in our Ho Chi Minh Office. She has practiced with the firm since 2006 in investment, real estate, labour, commercial contract, internal operation of enterprises and M&A. Ms. Huong has represented both local and foreign clients doing business in Vietnam.

Ms. Huong has assisted numerous foreign clients in carrying out their investment activities in Vietnam. She carried out procedures at relevant government authorities on behalf of clients for the establishment and licensing of foreign investment projects, representative offices, and transfers of capital. Ms. Huong also represented clients in settling legal problems in their operations such as tax issues, labour issues, and commercial contracts. Ms. Huong’s practice in real estate area included advising developers for cooperation with potential partners, carrying out legal procedures for the establishment and implementation of real estate business.
