Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen - Partner

Ms Minh Huyen has practiced as an attorney for years. Prior to joining LuatViet, Ms. Huyen had 8 years of legal experience, including 7 year working as an in-house counsel in a big State-owned company and 1 year in a law firm. Therefore, she has a through knowledge of the corporate operation and their culture, and the clients will benefit from her valuable experiences. Her practice at the firm focuses both on contract, corporate, labor, commercial laws and litigation. Ms. Huyen received the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the HCMC University of Law in 1998 and now she is a member of the HCMC Bar Association.
