Duy Duc Vo - Senior Counsel

Mr. Duy is a Senior Counsel at LuatViet. He has been involved in international and Vietnamese laws since the end of 2000 handling a variety of matters pertaining to various aspects of law across the borders.

Prior to joining LuatViet, Mr. Duy acted as an in-house counsel for many multinational companies doing business in Vietnam and the USA.

Mr. Duy has written and published the articles on immigration law, corporate law, other issues related to USA immigration and the legal documents on criminal proceedings for lawyers, private organizations and educational institutions. Additionally, he has written numerous articles on mergers and acquisitions and has a thorough knowledge of the particular characteristics and customs of different cultures of his clients.

Mr. Duy received his LL.B in 1998 from Vietnam and the Master of Law (LL.M) in 2005 in the USA. Mr. Duy is currently a member in good standing of the American Bar Association - International Laws Section, the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also the member of New York Bar Association, the US.
