Nguyen “Huck” Hung - Partner

Mr. Huck Nguyen has switched gears and brings his international experience with him and joins LuatViet as a partner. He has a broad range of experience but mainly focuses on corporate matters. Some of his clients have included Great West Life Insurance, Mitsubishi Electronic Group and Lotus Network Technologies, Indochina Capital.

Huck managed a law firm in the United States dealing with such matters as criminal law and commercial litigation. Huck brings valuable experience in the Maritime industry because of his background as an associate attorney with the Admiralty/Maritime Law Office of David Bernberg in New Orleans, Louisiana. At the firm of Broemer & Associates, Huck dealt with numerous corporations regarding mergers and acquisitions, employment and labour issues, contract drafting and revising, and represented the firms in court as their litigation attorney.

In addition to his legal accomplishments, Huck has also acquired years of business experience while employed with several major U.S telecommunication corporations, such as MCI and GTE-GNI. Huck held various management positions in connection with I.T. and consulting management and brings a solid business approach to supplement his legal background.
