Tran Duy Canh - Managing Partner

Mr. Canh is the Managing Partner of LuatViet and has devoted himself to the continued success and growth of LuatViet. He specializes in corporate laws, banking, construction, investment, M&A, real estate, contract and litigation. Mr. Canh has founded LuatViet after gaining his reputation as an incredible legal mind while teaching finance and banking law at the Commercial Law Department of the HCMC Law University and having two - year practice at a leading law firm in HCM City. His vision and abilities have brought LuatViet into a international local law firm as it is today.

He is also a visiting lecturer at the HCMC University of Law, the HCMC University of Economics, and the Academy of Justice under the Ministry of Justice.
He obtained LL.B at the HCMC Law University in 1996, and has been admitted to the HCMC Bar Association and the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific for years.
